01Who we are

Plexuro Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd. (“Plexuro”, “we”, “us”) is a digital agency at 501, 5th Floor, Shapath-1, Sarkhej – Gandhinagar Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054, India. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary — the party that decides why and how it is processed.

02What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus the minimum a web server records on its own.

• Enquiry and quote forms: your name, business name (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you tick, and whatever you write about your project.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: your contact details and anything you send us directly.
• Client work: if you become a client, the contact, billing and project material needed to deliver the work and invoice for it.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records requests to the site — IP address, browser type, page requested and time — for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send through the site, sensitive data such as passwords, bank or card details, health information or identity documents.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a scope and quote.
• To deliver, invoice and support work you have engaged us for.
• To send the newsletter, if you signed up for it. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or you can write to us.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet our obligations under Indian tax, company and other applicable law.

We process this data because you gave it to us for that purpose (consent), because it is needed for a contract with you, or because the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time; it does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

04Who sees it

Our own team, and only the people who need it to answer you or do your work. Beyond that, a small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms receives what you submit through a form and forwards it to our inbox.
• Our email and hosting providers store our messages and run this website.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we use them only on terms that require them to protect it. We will disclose personal data to a government or law-enforcement authority only when the law requires us to.

05Cookies & third-party files

plexuro.com does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. To load quickly, the site fetches fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. Like any website, those services see your IP address and browser details when your browser requests the file.

Links to our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X pages take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

06How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, so we have the context if you come back, then deleted.
• Client records: kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires us to keep accounts and invoices.
• Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as described below.

07Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to our team, and we use providers with established security practices. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your personal data occurs we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

08Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw consent, including unsubscribing from the newsletter;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated;
• raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to hello@plexuro.com from the email address you used with us. We acknowledge requests within one working day.

09Children

Our services are for businesses. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page and the “last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
