Technical fixes, keyword strategy, content and Google Business Profile — measured on the enquiries they produce, not on a screenshot of a ranking.
Most SEO reporting is built to look impressive rather than to be useful. A list of keywords that moved up three places tells you nothing about whether anyone called. Plenty of agencies will show you that list every month for a year and never mention that the terms were chosen because they were easy to win, not because anyone ready to buy types them.
We start from the search a paying customer actually makes, which is usually longer, more specific and less flattering than the head term. Then we report on enquiries, calls and form fills — the numbers you can check against your own inbox. Positions are in the report too, but they are the evidence, not the result.
Search work splits into three jobs that have to happen in order. The site has to be crawlable and fast, or nothing else counts. The pages have to answer the query better than the ones currently ranking. And the business has to be findable locally, which for most Indian companies means Google Business Profile does more work than the website does.
We do them in that order and say which one your money is going into each month. No guarantees, no private blog networks, and nothing that puts your domain at risk for a short-term move. If the honest answer is that paid ads will return faster, we say that instead of selling a retainer.

(01)Profile optimisation, service and category structure, photos, posts and a review process your team can actually keep up. For a business with a shopfront this is often the highest-return work available.
(02)Keyword mapping to real pages, titles and headings, and content written by someone who understands the intent behind the query rather than the volume next to it.
(03)Category pages that answer the query instead of listing products, product schema for price and availability, and control of the thin filter URLs that eat your crawl budget.
(04)A casting manufacturer and exporter whose buyers search by specification, alloy and tolerance rather than by brand.
Specification-led page structure, technical fixes and a site built so an enquiry arrives with the drawing already attached.
A showroom whose customers spent weeks researching on a phone before they ever walked in.
Site architecture, catalogue structure and Search Console setup, with the photography planned against the pages it had to fill.
A manufacturer selling through a dealer network, where the buyer is the dealer and the architect before it is the homeowner.
Range and product structure built for how the trade actually searches, with content the dealers reuse themselves.
How we build sites that convert — planned together, not assembled one piece at a time.
We crawl the site, pull Search Console and check what already ranks before proposing anything. Most sites have existing pages one fix away from moving, and those are cheaper than anything new.

We map real buyer searches to real pages — one page per intent, no cannibalising. You approve the plan before a word is written, and you can see which terms we deliberately are not chasing.

Speed, crawl and index issues first, then titles, headings, internal links and schema. This is the stage where most of the movement on existing pages happens.

New pages ship, Google Business Profile is worked monthly, and you get a report that leads with enquiries. Local results usually move in four to eight weeks; competitive organic takes three to six months.

3–5 weeks for a full business website, 1–2 weeks for a landing page sprint. We take a limited number of builds each month so every one gets a strategist and a designer, not a queue.
The enquiries we get now already have the specification in them. That has saved us weeks.
The photographs, the site and the posts finally look like they came from one place. Customers arrive already knowing what they want to see.
Customers arrive already knowing which range they want. The site is doing the explaining now.
The site does the first meeting for us now. People come in already knowing what we do.
The posts look like a showroom now. Dealers have started sending them on themselves.
Google Business Profile and local results can move in four to eight weeks. Competitive organic terms take three to six months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or doing something that will cost you the domain later.
No, and nobody honestly can — the ranking is Google’s decision, not ours. We commit to the work, report the movement, and judge the engagement on enquiries. If the enquiries are not coming after a fair run, we will say so.
It varies with how many pages need work, how competitive the terms are, and whether we write the content or you do. Everything else — audit, technical fixes, Search Console, monthly reporting — is in every package, because leaving any of it out makes the rest pointless. You get a written, itemised number before work starts.
For a business with a location, it is often the highest-return work we do. Most people searching for something nearby never scroll past the map. It also costs nothing but the work, which is not true of ads.
Yes, and it is a different job. Category pages, product schema, and control of the filter URLs that generate thousands of thin pages and burn your crawl budget. Supplier-copied product descriptions are usually the first thing we replace.
Yes. Our office is in Ahmedabad and much of our work is Gujarat-based, but we deliver across India and internationally — clients in Malaysia, the UK and the USA. SEO runs identically regardless of city.
Yes. For some businesses the honest answer is that paid ads or a better website will return more, faster. We would rather say that on the first call than sell twelve months of retainer.
No cost to ask, no obligation. Send the brief and a strategist replies within one working day with a scope and a number.
